‘’ Fundació La Caixa ‘’ (Palma)

Modernist building built in 1903. Anglada Camarassa permanent collection. Temporary exhibitions.

Son Marroig Museum house

Valldemossa to Deià road. Its aim is to preserve the singular figure of Archduke Ludwig Salvatore of Austria. Group guided tours. That place offers spectacular sea views.

 Opening times: 09.30-17.30 (09.30- 20.00 in summer). Ticket: 4 Euro

The Caves of Drach (Portocristo, Manacor):

Four caves discovered in 1338.There is a subterranean lake which is one of the largest in Europe in which it is possible to sail on a small boat. Its beauty is highlighted by the lighting engineer Carles Buigas.

 Opening times: 10.00-17.00.

Admission: 11.50 Euro.

Pilar i Joan Miró Foundation (Palma):

Permanent Collection / Temporary exhibitions. It was the Studio of the Catalan artist from 1956 until 1983. The Foundation comprises three unique great buildings. They donated it to the Palma City Council

The ‘’Granja de Esporles’’:

15 kmfrom Palma. An old Convent converted into a manorial palace. It was built in the 10th century. It was greatly valued in Roman times. Actually it is a genuine living display of Majorcan customs.

 Open daily: 10.00-19.00

Museum of ‘’Sant Antoni i el dimoni‘’ (Sa Pobla):

30 kmfrom Palma. Dedicated to Sa Pobla’s patron saint, which festival take place on January, 16th&17th.  It is documented in Sa Pobla since 1365.
