TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

NAME: COCA MALLORQUINA

It is a thin mass to which it is added vegetables. Depending on the vegetables we add the ‘’Coca’’  receives different names, so we have peppers coca, coca trempó, coca vegetables, etc..

INGREDIENTS FOR A COCA:

For the dough:
½ cup of water
½ cup oil
Flour and salt

  • For the filling:

2 red peppers
2 green peppers
2 ripe tomatoes
1 onion
salt

PREPARATION:

Dough: Place water in a bowl, add oil and some salt.
Gradually add flour until dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Filling: Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Roll out the dough and make a rim.
Fill with the vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 180 degrees until crust is crispy, about 15 minutes.
