TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

NAME: COOKED FISH MAJORCAN STYLE

This typical and traditional recipe is made normally with grouper, but can also be used hake or other white fish. 

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE:

600 g fillet of grouper
150 g of spinach
150 g of chopped parsley
150 g of sauce
250 g of sliced ​​potatoes
3 ripe tomatoes  
25 g of roasted almonds
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml of fish broth
Olive oil 

 

PREPARATION:

In a pan put oil, when hot add the leeks and scallions cut into thick julienne green with the tender.
When they are soft add the chopped tomato.
Add the spinach and parsley, a tablespoon will be saved to add later on with the sauce, cut into thick julienne and cook over low heat.
With almonds, garlic and a tablespoon of chopped parsley to make a sauce.
When the vegetables are cooked add the chopped.
In a baking dish, place the sliced ​​potatoes and cooked on top, place the fish fillets and place it over the vegetables. Place it in a preheated oven at 175 ° C. For 20 minutes.
