This is certainly a route for motorcycle lovers, and people interested in culture and monuments. It is an easy walk, but climbing the peaks where the monasteries are often we will find narrow roads and not very well paved. It is a journey of 275 kilometers.

The starting point is Palma, the capital of the island. From Palma we will drive our motorbike to the village of Sóller. We should note that we have to choose between paying the toll for the tunnel that leads to Sóller or, if we prefer, to enjoy the road curved up and down facing the mountain known under the name of Coll de sa Batalla (11 km). Once in Sóller, land of orange groves, we will drive to the first monastery on our cultural route, the monastery of Lluc.

It is one of the most important in the island, and allows us to enjoy a mountain road lined with oaks, pines and olive trees, and outstanding views. After visiting the monastery, we will take the road from Inca and ascend to the sanctuary of Puig de Santa Magdalena. Hence, we will go towards the villages of Montuïri and Felanitx, where we will find one of the great monasteries, the sanctuary of Puig de Sant Salvador.

The village of Porreres, with the Monastery of Monte-Sion will be our next stop. The last stop on our route will be in the village of Algaida, where you will find the famous Sanctuary of Cura. After descending by the road of the Puig de Randa, we will drive to Palma, the end of our trip.
