Because of its beauty, Sa Calobra has been an inspiration of great artists, painters, film makers and also an outstanding advertising scenario as well as natural movie set. Sa Calobra offers one of the most iconic landscapes of the north coast of the island of Majorca. It is located in the shadow of Serra de Tramuntana highest mountain, the Puig Major.

To access it from anywhere on the island, we must move to Inca, take the road towards Lluc and finally descend through the four miles of a winding road designed by Italian architect Antonio Paretti in 1932.

In Sa Calobra, we will enjoy outstanding views. The place offers the services of restaurant and bar. You will be able to swim in crystal clear waters and it is very easy to walk to the mouth of the Torrent de Pareis, where the limestone has created a natural monument of great beauty. In the final step of our route we will go through a pedestrian tunnel dug into the rock filled with magic and charm. The Torrent de Pareis was declared a Natural Monument in 2003 by the interest that has its flora and fauna as there live more than three hundred species. If we wish, we can also swim at the feet of its mouth.
